Thank you, Peter, good points. You have my heartfelt agreement, -except that I’m not gloomy or doomy.

Freedom and Tyranny both require constant vigilance. They are neither won forever, nor lost forever. They rise and ebb in intergenerational cycles. Hard times make strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times make weak men. Weak men create hard times.

However, note that while voting for pro Bitcoin parties should be done, doing so will not effect change. Once corrupt people are in control, it is not possible to vote them out of power. The corrupt yield only to superior power. Tyrants won’t yield, they must be killed. I vote because a decent respect for the opinions of our fellow man requires that we exhaust such options, and then declare to the world the causes which impel our actions.

Of course, we wouldn’t rely on such “other means” if we didn’t have hope.
